2 x 1 hour group classes per week (Monday/Wednesday 4:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday 6:30pm. Bonus Classes Saturday/Sunday 11:00am)
1-1 x 1 hour personal training session within the weeks

Attend 14 classes over the 8 weeks (Make up classes available if you miss one)
Complete before and after photos
Book your included 1-1 session with one of our trainers
