COMPETITIONS
CANADIAN NINJA LEAGUE / UNAA
CNL STAGE 1
Momentum Movement Academy / Saturday, Oct 4th - Time: TBD
This will be a scramble style competition!
There will be 5 mini courses
Each course will have 4 tiers of timing, each tier awarding different amounts of points - Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum times
Athletes will enter the course area in waves with multiple people
Athletes will have x amount of time to run through all the courses and earn as many points as possible
CNL STAGE 2
Momentum Movement Academy / Saturday - Sunday, Feb 21st/22nd - Time: TBD
This will be a two course competition, athletes will run a speed course and a strength course!
Non-qualified athletes may compete, although only those that have qualified to this stage can earn spots to Finals
CNL Stage 2’s follow the percent based scoring system
Top 6 from each age / gender category will advance to WESTERN FINALS (which will take place here at Elemental on April 3rd - 5th 2026)
Top x from Westerns will qualify to Nationals here at MOMENTUM!! (May 8th - 10th, 2026)

Top 5 from each age / gender category will qualify to Finals in Pennsylvania! (No dates or details at this time)
