Open gym is just the start. If you want structure, coaching, and faster progress, we run classes across every sport in the gym, and new adults can try a full week of everything with our 1-Week Intro Pass.

Coached programs in climbing, ninja, parkour, and acrobatics for kids and adults. Build technique and strength with a coach who meets you at your level.

New to Momentum? If you're 16 or older, try a full week of open gym and 1 class, gear included, before committing to anything. The best way to find your sport.
